Wellspring - Dr. Avinash Phadke’s Labs previously known as NPIL & Dr. Phadke’s Path Labs is a joint venture which was started five years back.

The laboratory is known for specialization in Infertility, Immunological, Histopathology, Genetic and Microbiology tests. It is associated with most of the IVF centres all over the country, doing extensive pathology sample testing and genetic testing for these centres.

The strength of the lab is having a team of highly qualified and dedicated personnel. The organization is also recognized for its model of chain of satellite labs, the first of its kind in India.

Apart from this, the laboratory is a referral centre for specialised, higher end tests for which samples are from Kashmir to Kerala. Now the laboratory has also reached countries like Bangladesh and Nepal, thus creating a wide-spread network.
